There is nothing like being the maid of honor at your best friend’s wedding. I was overjoyed however not surprised when my childhood best friend, Corry, asked me to be her maid of honor, but she had so much to plan for, in addition to I was able to be there every step of the way. I helped her choice out the bridesmaid’s dresses as well as her really own gown. I’m not entirely sure if she was more excited about her wedding or if I was. I didn’t sleep at all the night before the ceremony because I was just too excited. The decorations turned out charming, in addition to everything was ready to go by ten o’clock even though the wedding didn’t start until five o’clock. My buddy and I were hit with some shocking news around two o’clock while getting ready. The heat in the auditorium wasn’t toiling. They were calling an Heating, Ventilation & A/C professional as they told us the information, however it was still really spine-chilling. Poor Corry was so uneasy that not having heat would ruin her special day. The Heating, Ventilation & A/C professional wasn’t able to get to the church until four o’clock just an hour before the ceremony was supposed to begin. The guests arrived in addition to the ceremony began without any heat. It wasn’t until the reception started that the Heating, Ventilation & A/C professional was able to get the boiler toiling once again. Thankfully, everyone was able to stay hot enough, in addition to we can all look back on that crazy day in addition to love the charming memories.
