Feels great to get out of indoor ventilation, go outside people

I have to say, I’m extremely disappointed and shocked by the way that everyone has been flocking to protests for the past few weeks.

I understand that folks are getting antsy with staying indoors and keeping to themselves, but I think it’s pretty obvious we aren’t ready to reopen the entire country.

However, that isn’t stopping people from going out and gathering in massive groups so they can wave signs around and yell at cameras. Good for them. I hope they all enjoy their large dose of virus. Personally, I’m more than happy to stay quarantined and help to keep the population safe. I understand that it’s getting difficult for people to stay indoors, as a slave to their internet, electricity bill, and central HVAC system… but no one said those were the only options. Why don’t people get outside and just enjoy some fresh air from nature instead of reopening public eateries and entertainment sources. You don’t need to be in a bar or restaurant, breathing their circulated and contaminated air right now. It makes no sense to put yourself out there in a confined space where you can respirate the same breathing air as dozens of other folks. I just don’t know why people want to be at the mercy of a heating and cooling system that is exposed to the germs and airborne contaminants of the general public right now. If anything, everyone should be clamoring and just to stand outside and breathe in some clean, fresh, untreated air after being stuck in their homes with a central HVAC system for a month. While everyone else protests and riles themselves up, I’m going to take a walk and soak up the outdoor air for a change. My central cooling system needs the break and so does my brain.
