Energy bill be damned, I can’t sleep

I’m the type of woman who constantly wants to save money. I grew up separate from several resources, so as an adult I do my best to stay stable and secure on the financial front. That being said, you can imagine that I am rather obsessive about home expenses such as my groceries, energy bills, and routine Heating and Air Conditioning up. I never want to be caught with my pants down when something breaks and I do not have the savings accounts to afford a professional repair service. I also hate the idea of overspending on my bi-weekly energy bills, because I know how hastily they can tear down your savings. I would characterize myself as a bit obsessive about energy expenditure around the house. I am that woman who goes through and turns off all the lights that are not being used. I will complain and bicker with my fellow housemates when it comes to wisely using electricity. And I am the sort of woman who stresses about establishing the ideal central Heating and Air Conditioning temperature control program. I never want to be paying too much for indoor air quality control. If there is a phase of the afternoon when my friend and I can turn down the a/c or furnace and save some cash, I am going to take advantage of it. That being said, recently I have been suffering from poor sleep quality because the indoor air has been far too warm. It turns out, our a/c does not reasonablely cool my home office, in particular. I’ve been covered in sweat through my sheets and lying awake every night, wishing that there was high-powered AC flowing through my vents. Even though I’m an electrical bill nazi, I have to draw the line anywhere. I am ready to throw the electrical bill to the wind so that I can get a cool night of sleep.
