When I moved into this household I right away knew that something was wrong.
- It took me a while to figure out exactly what it was, however once I made the discovery, there was no going back; Since the first night that I moved in here, I knew that the indoor air temperature & air quality seemed off.
All afternoon & night, the indoor air temperature was fluctuating from uneven overheated & chilly uneven temperatures. It felt like there were drafts in every room, even though I knew for a fact that the household was well sealed. I had a full house inspection, & the contractor had insisted that my insulation & sealing were in harshly superb condition. Therefore, I had no idea what was going on with my indoor air quality on such a respected basis. The only thing I knew for a fact was how costly my weekly energy bill turned out every time. It seems like no matter how much or how little I used the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C system, I was still paying the same amount for my electricity bill each month. I finally got aggravated one afternoon & called out a heating & cooling specialist to investigate the mystery of my awful indoor air. That’s when I found out the cause of all of my temperature concerns & had a up-to-date concern to deal with – a full ductwork replacement. When the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C specialist arrived at my household he right away asked if he could inspect the ductwork. Apparently, living in an older house means that you have an increased susceptibility to broken ductworks. It didn’t take him more than two minutes to discover & diagnose my air quality conundrum; the ductworks were literally held together with cardboard & super glue. I should have hired this Heating, Ventilation, & A/C worker instead of the house inspector.
