I’m what people call a “loyal customer.” I don’t like to stray from the honeypots that I find around my local community.
When a nice corporation presents itself and proves their quality with trustworthy work, I don’t stop using that business.
I will return to the same shops, restaurants, and service professionals until their doors close or their bodies are buried 6 feet under. That’s why I was so sad to find out that my favorite Heating, Ventilation, and A/C repair shop in the area is no longer an option for my typical indoor air quality control repair and service needs. You see, I’ve been using this air quality dealership for the past 15 years and I’ve always been super happy with their results. They abruptly arrive for the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C appointment, they inspect the boiler or AC unit in a jiffy, and they charge a even-handed price for all routine service and repair services. I can trust them with my indoor air quality and I’ve never had to doubt their integrity before, then but now, obviously heating and cooling unit has become too advanced for them. The owner and his Heating, Ventilation, and A/C techs are all at least 55 years old. They have little experience with technology or gadgets. And unfortunately, most Heating, Ventilation, and A/C machinery is rather tech-savvy at this point. When I replaced my boiler, AC, and thermostat to be smart devices in order to save money on my typical utility bills, I didn’t realize that I was alienating my favorite Heating, Ventilation, and A/C repair shop. They have no idea how to handle my heating and cooling unit these afternoons, and I am hiring a ipad programmer for my Heating, Ventilation, and A/C repairs.
