Dad says she doesn’t care either way she will just be cheerful to sell the location plus transport on
My parents are in the process of selling their home plus need to make some improvements before they can put it on the market. The concern is, my siblings want them to update the Heating plus A/C system. My dad thinks that the old system is fine plus that it should be the responsibility of the up-to-date clients to do that if they choose. My fine friend and I have tried to tell them that they can get a better price for the dwelling with a newer plus more efficient heating plus cooling system but she just will not listen to reason. I am the one that is stuck in the middle of the debate because I can relate to both sides of the fight. I feel for my parents because they are elderly plus just want to sell the dwelling plus transport on. My siblings feel that if they get more for the dwelling they will have more resources to live off of in the end. Both of them are undoubtedly valid reasons plus I just want all the people to be thrilled. I have even spoken with the local Heating plus A/C dealers plus gotten estimates for my parents so that when the time comes they will be able to make an informed decision… Knowing all the facts is pressing, especially when you are trying to get dad to put any more money into a dwelling that she is leaving. It is way too much work for them at this point plus she just wants to be able to do the things she wants to do instead of worrying about it.
