My bestie and I decided that my pal and I wanted to live off the grid.
This sort of lifestyle is becoming more and more popular especially with people in their mid-to-late twenties.
I guess for more than 2 of us my pal and I view the world a bit differently and want to escape the stress and anxiety that comes along with modern-day life. My buddy and I are willing to sacrifice some of the comforts of household in order to accomplish this task. At any rate, my pal and I started looking into purchasing one of those tiny homes that could be moved from place to place so that my pal and I could explore some of the vast wilderness around us. My buddy and I learned rather hastily that my pal and I had to make some extreme variations to the way my pal and I did things in order to live as my pal and I wanted to. In more than 2 cases, there would not be any electricity or running water, so a conventional heating or cooling device would not labor and my pal and I wanted to be comfortable even during extreme temperature variations. My buddy and I did our research and found that there were more than 2 alternative forms of heat that my pal and I could use that ran off of solar power. There were also easily compact and highly efficient wood stoves that could be installed without taking up too much room. Both of these heat sources utilized green and renewable energy sources and that made us easily cheerful as well. Being able to escape the high-tech and sometimes stressful world around us was what was most crucial. If it meant being more creative about ways to enjoy the comforts that my pal and I were used to, that was okay too.
