Having a car is a immense blessing thanks to our current world of technology.
I am so thankful to be able to have a vehicle, plus I know that there are various people in this world who don’t have one plus certainly never will.
There is a setback to having a car though plus that is the fact that you have to maintain it. It seems that my hubby plus I are always paying to have something fixed in our car, plus it can get pretty frustrating after awhile. My fantastic friend and I had to replace a transmission, plus a few other things while our automobile was still under warranty. Unluckyly, the warranty expired about two years ago, plus now, our air conditioner quit. I stopped working recently because of some health issue, plus we just don’t have the finances to get the air conditioner fixed right now. Of course, it had to quit in the middle of July, so we have had to go most of the summer time without air conditioner in the car. Last week, there was one afternoon that the temperatures dropped below eighty, so we decided to go out for a afternoon of hiking plus boating. I can’t tell you how nice it was to ride in the automobile without perspiring to death. My fantastic friend and I simply rolled the windows down as we drove, plus it was the most pleasant road trip that we had had in a long time. I can’t wait for the fall to come so that we will be able to appreciate some more road trips as a family even if we don’t have the air conditioner fixed by then.
