I was absolutely shocked a few months ago when I started looking around my area and realized that there were still a few affordable properties on the market.
It absolutely blew me away because most of the homes around here are worth 400,000 dollars…
Which is way more than I’m going to be able to afford in this lifetime. What I started looking around the internet I realized that there were a few properties that had not been replaced yet. They were listed for somewhere around $150,000; Putting on my thinking cap, I started realizing that this might be a option. One property in unique absolutely blew me away. It had a brand current Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system installed which was absolutely important to me. I know the importance of having high quality air in your indoor residing space. I also know how high-priced it can be if you have to replace your heating and cooling component down the road. I wanted to make sure I started with the best air temperature control component possible. I was even more enamored with the small sunroom that was attached to the home. I typically wanted to have a sunroom to do my work in. The only concern with this attached room was the air temperature in the middle of the afternoon. It’s pretty strenuous to work productively on a laptop when you are dripping with sweat on to the keyboard. With the sunshine beating in the air temperature easily reach 90 degrees every afternoon. I wasn’t sure what to do at first, so I called out my local Heating, Ventilation, and A/C serviceman. When he arrives, he told me that it would not be strenuous to add an expanse of air ducting to attach to the sunroom to my central cooling system. Within a week I had fresh, cool air flowing into my child room and I’m even more in love with my property that ever. I cannot wait to see those dwelling values go up.
