I’ve been searching for a new location to live for some amount of time now, & to be fair I am getting quite tired, then it seems like I cannot find my dream home, no matter how high or low I look.
I have been all around the county, tracing down online ads & word-of-mouth tips from buddys… So far, I have not had any advantage securing the condo of my dreams.
I realize that I am being a bit particular, although I also want to find a condo where I am completely comfortable… That’s why, I have even been deterred by something as simple as an unventilated living room. In one of the homes that I viewed, I thought everything looked actually nice until I really contemplated the practicality of the living room space, then you see, I am actually a cook. I love using my living room space & that means I have a moderate stove top & smokey food items most afternoons of the week, but without any form of exhaust fan or ventilation in the living room, I fear that I will continually fill the household with harmful & staining smoke. I know that I rely heavily on my overhead ventilation fan in my current home. When I cannot operate to the fan sufficiently, I can count on the air quality harshly increasing & my smoke alarm aggravatedting the entire neighborhood. I actually don’t want to live with the continual threat of noxious gases in my living room separate from a method to ventilate the harmful airborne contaminants, but not only is it bad for my lungs & my home, but attempting to ventilate my living room with open windows & doors will also cost me a ton of money in utility bills & Heating & A/C wear & tear.
