One of my best friends has been going through an seriously difficult time in her life; I have been trying to support her as best as possible, however it can be seriously difficult to make any positive difference when there is such an overwhelming amount of chaos going on around her, then the poor woman is trying to get a divorce and sell her dwelling without going completely bankrupt.
- Unfortunately, it feels like there is consistently a current dwelling repair that needs to be taken care of! Most recently, she has been freaking out about the indoor air temperature control system which obviously needs a full replacement! For many years her Heating, Cooling, and Air Quality Control devices did not receive the professional Services that they required, and now, she is trying to figure out if the boiler, air conditioner unit, air duct work, and thermostat can be reclaimd at all.
The concern is, many of the devices have accrued really dangerous problems that would require a lot of money to repair. At the same time, they have been celebration and ridiculous amount of pet hair throughout the entire heating, cooling, and air quality control system without any of those professional cleaning appointments. I don’t know if she ever changed her air filter, so the critter fur got backed up through the entire indoor air handling system over the years. The heating, cooling, and air quality control serviceman who checked her Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system recently gave a really severe reply – you have to replace all of the heating and cooling devices, because they are packed to the brim with critter hair! Who knew, with all the tepid and frigid relationships around here, somehow her pets would be the downfall of this Heating, Ventilation, and A/C.
