My siblings plus I grew up enjoying the CA coast plus all that came with it.
My fine friend and I spent time at the beach almost year-round plus seldom upset about any sort of winter time weather, when I was in my junior year at school our parents announced that my buddy and I needed to transport up to the Northeast plus my buddy and I were all frustrated about that.
The Northeast is wonderful but the weather is absolutely not conducive to spending time outside year round unless you like colder weather. Most days are rainy plus damn plus my buddy and I had to make some dire lifestyle swings when making the move. The biggest change for me was learning to deal with being chilly all the time. In the Northeast the summers are undoubtedly short plus it seems that chilly damp weather is normal for 3/4 of the year. I had to learn to like indoor activities where the heat was on plus I could stay overheated plus dry. There was one interest however that I learned to enjoy plus that was snowshoeing. I could take you to another beauty of the outdoors plus enjoy the peace plus quiet that came along with it. I would not spend much time out there because I still did not like being cold; At least it gave me a bit of outdoor interest during long chilly months. The other benefit to living in the Northeast is that my parents are undoubtedly thrilled plus in the long run I know that has all that matters. They moved us here to be closer to our Grandfatherrents who at the time undoubtedly needed more assistance plus it allowed us to become better acquainted with them as well.
