I have a dream job that I wouldn’t want to provide up for anything. When I studied hospitality in school I figured that I would end working for a travel agency, hotel chain, or even some resort although I landed a job that was way better than that. I am the head purser onboard a cruise ship so it is my responsibility to make sure that all the people has a attractive time at sea. I have worked for the cruise line for the past fifteen years plus worked my way up the ladder from lodge girl to where I am today. Over the course of those years I had to learn a lot about the workings of the ship. When you first start working on a ship you have to do everything from carrying luggage to changing toilet paper. I never minded any of those jobs because it gave me more confidence in the job I have now. There is one section of the ship that I don’t have much knowledge about plus that is the engine plus mechanical room. This section is in charge of the ship operating properly plus the Heating plus A/C system running smoothly too. When there is a concern I am the one who has to keep the passengers distracted plus thrilled during the crisis. I remember one trip where the Heating plus A/C system stopped working completely plus my buddy and I had to make a port to have it repaired. My fine friend and I had to pay for rooms in a local hotel so that the passengers would have a comfortable location to stay until the system was repaired. It was an unscheduled stop but no one seemed to mind hanging out on a tropical beach for a couple of days.
